“Friendly staff and very clean and tidy”

“Check-in was easy, the staff very friendly, had evening meal before we went to the theatre then a couple of drinks back at the black hat, lively pub but very friendly ”

“The hotel actually has two sections on two sides of the bridge. We were expecting to be on the water side but was disappointed. The room only has a small window facing the back of the hotel. Nothing impressive at all. The staffs were not helpful on anything. We were asked by the front desk to go across the bridge to make booking at the hotel restaurant. ”

“提早了到酒店(12:00)，問前台可否check in ，前台服務員幫忙問一下，回覆可以，令我們可以早些放下行李箱，輕輕鬆鬆外出逛逛！👍 住了2晚，而美中不足，是第二天不知為何沒有room serving ，幸好房內用品（廁紙）都可以支持多一晚！”

“Parking was a nightmare but soon sorted out. Service was above and beyond, owner driving around until he found a fish and chip shop open and bringing us back a lovely meal. Super breakfast with lots of choice.”
