“The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, we asked at the desk if they could give us different pillows and the girl working acted like we were asking her for something out of the ordinary. She called our room later to tell us that there were no other pillows in the hotel she could give us. The bed was also very uncomfortable. ”

“Very clean space. Friendly staff. Free wifi. But there was a hockey tournament, so there were alot of loud boys running around and causing alot of noise. But kids will be kids. Staff were understand and tried to accomodate us - we had two young kids and we were below a room that sounded as if the kids were jumping off a bed over and over lol”

“Hotel was under construction. Major renovations going on rather loud during the day but understandable a whole lot of upgrades to come. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating overall experience was great! ”

“房間偏細，只會隔日清潔執房，房間沒有水供應，要到公眾地方樓層取水或冰，位置較高，每次回程，需要不斷行斜路上山返回酒店。優點是房價較划算，大堂佈置精美，有兩杯飲品贈送。”
