“Rooms are a bit outdated but that’s really it. The rooms are big. Staff are really nice, helpful and I would come back.”

“No one at the counter I have to wait for about 20 minutes”

“The breakfast was very good, except I would have liked a choice of what kind of bread to make toast with, maybe white or wheat; otherwise, it was very good.”

“The room was decent overall. We got a room with little foot traffic so that was a plus since we had our dog with us. However, the carpet could have been better because we could see that there were scraps of Kleenex/papers/wrappers on the ground.”

“The laundry room was clean and the receptionist at the front desk was nice. The smell of bleach hits you right in the face walking through the front doors and crumbling brick exterior. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was gross, there were obviously patched holes in the door and the shower head was filthy and had three terrible settings. How this place has the ratings it has are a complete mystery to me. I would never stay here again, it was a surprising a place this terrible has……

“Hot tub was not working.Pool was not working.No electric kettle in room.Coffee maker in room was not working.Chairs in room dirty.Only one juice was in breakfast and there was water coming in other three outlets.No brown bread was provided.No egg in breakfast.”

“Although renovations seem to be happening, the original iron spring mattress should be a priority for initial upgrades...those metal springs hurt your back...just saying...”

“It was so loudstill till 12 at night. Some guests had been singing and chatting very loudly, but no one reminded them. The room is not really clean, and there is a lot of garbage in the bedside table.”
