"We had a great stay with two families: four adults in the upstairs rooms and four kids in the downstairs bedroom. We loved the common space on the second floor, with its ocean view, and some of us enjoyed the game room with pool (billiards) and video games.We saw all the available beach equipment, which made me jealous of folks staying there in warmer weather. It was too cold in late December for us to swim, but the beach was great for walks and views.Matt communicated with me in advance about two concerns from previous renters, working with me to make back-up plans in case those issues couldn't be fixed before our arrival. As it turned out, they were both fixed before we arrived, but I still appreciated the pro-active communication."

"The view was amazing! We loved the proximity to the beach. Since this was a fishing trip we sure got our exercise on the boardwalk. The pool looked awesome, but it was to cold outside. The grounds are very well maintained. The check in was very easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. One improvement would be a spatula. It was hard turning eggs with a spoon Until next time!!!!"

"We have stayed a lot of places in the St. Augustine area and this one is now our FAVORITE by far!!! Everything you could want in a beach house vacation. Stunning views, wonderful amenities, easy beach access, great location, and very very CLEAN! Host communication was excellent. 5/5 stars for sure. "
