“Very pleasant stay experience”

“Clean room”

“Upon arrival they placed us in a room with a window covered with film felt very enclosed and very uncomfortable. They then moved us to another room on second level which then had a mouse in the wall. They then moved us to a different room after complaining, which I'll add was close to midnight after driving 12-hours. I might add the staff who checked us in had the audacity to ask if we used anything prior to moving us, might I add we were ready to sleep when we heard the mouse. Smh. The manager……

“房車大又整齊，服務人員很親切，最後一天要早上五點半去機場趕飛機來不及吃早餐，還有貼心的鬆餅或貝果餐包可以帶著吃，很推薦。”

“Every hotel room should take note the Mere does it right. I have high expectations for cleanliness and I was not disappointed. The storage unit is a great use of space and the two robes came in handy because the room was either freezing or too warm. That’s one of two negatives. I think the thermometer wasn’t working correctly, yes I mentioned it when I checked out. The only other complaint was the parking. Definitely not enough and the spots are very tight.we had a truck and couldn’t fit into……

“No complaint. Good room, good breakfast. Complimentary dinner from Mon to Thur is simple but good enough. When shuttle is unavailable, shuttle of the hotel next door will assist.”

“Hotel was being used as a housing unit for some misplaced individuals. We thought it would be fine so we proceeded with our stay at the hotel only to arrive and immediately ask that we be switched to a new hotel. Floors 1-9 were FULL, consequently could not use any of the amenities they had to offer us. We were escorted even in the elevators by security with random people running in and out of the building a very unsettling experience. Area around the hotel was not nice either. ”

“The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests. I did notice, however, that the beds in the room seemed a bit smaller or shorter than usual. The shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet flush didn’t always work properly, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel.”
