“Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.”

Non ho dormito benissimo a causa della scomodità (sentivo la differenza di dove sotto c'era il pezzo di divano e di dove non c'era. Mi dispiace, ma il divano letto non può essere l'unico letto a disposizione di una camera senza che il cliente lo sappia, tra l'altro.”

“It is a very nice property and fantastic location. The parking can be a bit anxiety inducing for Americans, squeezing through the narrow, enclosed alleyway, but it is still doable. Note: there is no privacy door for the shower, and only a glass shower door. The shower stall is arround the corner so no one can see you take a shower unless they walk up to the entry, but it is still a bit odd for people who like their privacy. The biggest issue we had was the climate control not working, which……

“Prenotato questa struttura perchè necessitavo di un ambiente completo di cucina, ed all'arrivo mi è stato detto che la cucina non era prevista per questione di sicurezza relative al GAS. Ma neppure il forno era funzionante (per essendo elettrico) non c'era praticamente nulla di piatti. La motivazione era: "sta scritto sulle email inviate: invece nessuna menzione alla mancanza della cucina. Poi faceva freddo, nessuna coperta aggiuntiva.
