The day we arrived it started to rain so having rhe game room, theater, gym, spa was fun. Jennifer is such a nice woman. She made us feel welcomed as soon as we stepped in the office. I needed new batteries for the TV remote control and she got them "pronto." We also needed disposable cups and she ran to the storage to get some. I think Jennifer deserves the world.
