Remodeled Ski-In/Out End Unit w/ Fireplace, Balcony, Washer/Dryer

Conveniently located on the slope side of the building, Jokerville-201 is a cozy yet spacious condo, located steps from the slopes and trails. Ski access just out the back door.

The kitchen is extensively remodeled - boasting new cabinets, an over-sized sink, and stainless steel appliances.

The three bedrooms are spacious with large closets. The bathrooms were remodeled in 2017. There is one full bathroom with top-of-the-line finishes. The second bathroom is 3/4 and also has a washer and dryer.

A large, open living-dining area is planned around a massive stone fireplace. The fireplace is wood-burning, and we supply the wood. The bedrooms are spacious with large closets. Two sliding glass doors give access to the large balcony. Enjoy incredible views of the town of Mt. Crested Butte and Washington Gulch. You'll also enjoy views of the slopes and West Wall lift! The unit is fully furnished, down to the linens and dishes.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

There are about 2.5 flights of exterior stairs to access J-201.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

This condo is ski-in/ski-out, and the Jokerville building has great ski access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is near the West Wall lift.

Complex amenities are sure to complete your experience. An on-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. For added convenience, every building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use. Everything you need for a comfortable stay!

Condos with professional office so nice to have someone around in business hours. Has their own shuttle which I didn't realize. It is a ski in/out and a great location close to the base. The snow was not great when we were there so the lift that is tech the "ski in/out" was closed but thats no fault of the place. We just walked a little further and hit the next lift 75 yards away. Its an older building. Our unit had a remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms weren't but were fine. Main beds were comfy, kids bunk rooms weren't great. Maybe time for new mattresses. Has a ski gear storage area inside that was nice to have for boots, gloves, coats etc. Hot tub is small and quite old. It got hot for sure but small and prob from the 80's. That room could definitely use a remodel. All in all the location is great, updated rooms were good. Older building though and dark inside. Nice having property manager around but we really didn't need them.

Mountain retreat

Very clean and comfortable condo, beautiful views from balcony, well-stocked kitchen, good location for hiking/biking trails. The condo is all on one level, but the outside stairs to access from parking lot could be difficult for people with mobility issues.

Nice property, good location, as advertised

Friends and my family had a good stay here. Small children enjoyed the bunk room. Good views off the deck. Great access to skiing. Building is dated yet well maintained, property is remodeled with nice finishes. Not luxury but pretty good overall.

Convenient to skiing, clean and comfortable family condo

This property was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped in terms of dishes, appliances, pots and pans and utensils. Note that there are no spices (including salt and pepper) or condiments. Note also that the walls are a bit thin -- you can hear those above you. There is a quiet period at night that was respected while we were there. Flatlanders should also be forewarned that there are two staircases (no elevator) from the parking lot to the unit and a dearth of available oxygen at 9400+ feet.

Beautiful Condo close to everything

Condo was exactly as stated and even nicer than anticipated. Kitchen has all the items you would need for any meal but bring your own spices etc. Great location,late September early October provide excellent colors, cold nights and mostly sunny days.

Ski In - Ski Out - Great!

Once you are in the condo, it is great! Literally just walk out the door and put your skis on. The first time you arrive, especially at night, it is hard to know where to go to check in, eventually we found the office that had already closed at 4pm, with our check in instructions taped to the door. Then we had to carry luggage and ski gear up 50 steps. So be prepared for that. But it was worth it, once in the condo, it was spacious, comfortable, updated, and did I mention Ski in Ski out?

Ski in/ski out - 100% accurate

First, this is really a ski in/ski out property. Assuming you can navigate a few turns, you can get from the mountain after clicking out of your skis to the door in under 25 steps. Unfortunately, we had to deal with 15+" of unexpected powder during our stay, making it every so slightly more difficult to ski out. :) Skiing out requires the same short walk outside, and then a quick glide down to the Westwall lift, and from there, access to the full mountain. The short walk was welcome after a hard day on the mountain. The property was great, and the shuttle service to get around worked very well. We didn't wait more than 10 minutes to get picked up from the condo, or from town. The drivers were all professional. Everything was working, the property was well maintained, on-site management was pleasant & it was comfortable. There was a jacuzzi in the building, but we didn't get to use it. Parking was easy. The unit itself was roomy, and had an appropriately stocked kitchen (no food, but all utensils you'd need). There was dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent provided (enough for a load each/day). Everything worked as you'd expect it. Very little noise from neighbors supported uninterrupted sleep. I would choose this location for a future visit.

Great Ski-in/Ski-out

Condo was very clean, modernly furnished on the side of the mountain, close to West Wall lift. We were all able to ski out from day one, though we had to walk last 60 feet back in due to our abilities. this was our 2nd trip to Mt. Crested Butte. If we return, we will definitely try to stay here again. It was great!

Fantastic condo!

We loved everything! We had 7 guests and all fit comfortably. The layout of the condo is ideal. BOTH bathrooms have a shower (one also has a bath) so we were pleasantly surprised to have the second shower-not fully comprehending what 1.75 baths meant until now. :) The “ski-out” is ideal! The “ski-in” is only truly available for black trail level skiers... which we are mostly blue and green. But the shuttle service was wonderful and staff were always so helpful and friendly. Loved the “firewood room”! This was so nice every minute we were in the condo. The updates, cleanliness, shuttle, location, and office staff were wonderful - we will definitely be back! Our Christmas vacation was really perfect, thanks in great part to our VRBO experience!
