“The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. “We used this beautiful upper story flat as a staging place for day trips around French Switzerland. Very centralized location for us. The double patio doors open to an incredible view of the landscape and Lake Geneva. Located in an upscale Lausanne neighborhood, we found it easy to get out of town for our travels. Local grocery stores and eateries are minutes away. Sonja, our host, spoke excellent English and was very kind, helpful, and responsive. Two thumbs up. If we’re in Lausanne……
