The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area includes an island breakfast bar and two ovens. With a fully stocked kitchen and a utility room featuring an extra sink, fridge, and washer/dryer, meal prep is a breeze.
With four beautiful bedrooms, including two family rooms with king-sized beds and comfy sofa beds, this holiday let offers plenty of room for everyone. Both a king and twin bedroom are on the ground floor, and all four rooms come with their own smart TV!
Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, while the ground floor features a family bathroom with a bath and handheld shower for convenience.

Situated in North Norfolk, Cromer is renowned for its sandy beach, traditional seaside activities, and fresh seafood.
Scenic landmarks like the Cromer Lighthouse, St. Peter and St. Paul Church (offering stunning views of the town), the beaches, and the pier are all less than a 10-minute drive away.
With a variety of independent shops and restaurants in the area, as well as events like the Cromer and Sheringham Crab and Lobster Festival and Cromer Carnival, there’s plenty for visitors of all ages to explore. Sports activities like surfing, golf, and even walking are available for everyone to enjoy.
Getting Around:
Cromer is situated on the north coast of Norfolk, approximately 23 miles north of Norwich and just 4 miles east of Sheringham. It is easily accessible by car via the A149 coast road or the A140 from Norwich.
Cromer is also served by the Bittern Line, with Roughton Road Station just a short walk away and Cromer Station within a few minutes' drive.
There is also a bus station conveniently located between the seafront and the town centre.
