“Stayed one night and had a pleasant stay. Room was clean, bed was perfect and slept like a log. Didn’t use any facilities so can’t comment but was good value for money. Corridors do creak but didn’t bother us.”

“Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!)
Lovely quality breakfast.
Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable.
Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him.
Massive thanks to Caroline in the dining room as she accomodated as seperately in a room overlooking the gardens so we could bring our dog with us into breakfast!”

“Things were not great during my stay. The food was awful, and breakfast was particularly disappointing. My room was not clean, and the bed was uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, there was no staff available at checkout. On top of that, the invoice I was given was incorrect and did not reflect the amount that had already been paid through Expedia.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I expected a much higher standard of service and accommodation.”
