Excellent hotel supported by professional staff

This was our second stay at this lovely hotel fascinating building which is impressive. Attention to detail at every level, we ate at the restaurant for two nights food was excellent as was the breakfast. The rooms are tasteful well appointed, comfy bed and excellent bathroom. Without exception every member of staff were friendly, attentive, polite and made us feel relaxed. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience I strongly recommend this hotel.

Its a nice old building with good history very interesting there was lots off old cop webs in the windows and dust on the shelves in the bathroom it was allot off money and we thought breakfast was including we know for next time . Ps the staff was brilliant and friendly and helpful

Had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, and the surroundings were just stunning. The property has so much charm and history, and it really felt more like staying in a friend's country home than a traditional hotel, which I absolutely loved. Highly recommend!

Loved hotel.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was good and drinks in the bar were reasonably priced. We stayed in the cottage, which was decorated nicely and very spacious.

Great place to visit with kids and or dogs

Arrived with a very tired stroppy toddler and the receptionist was so helpful letting us check in once he was settled, let us access the room then check in So many activities and games for all ages Variety of different seating areas in and outside Fabulous view and wonderful food Also drinks and food were not over priced. Had a lovely relaxing stay, the hotel and staff were great, room was lovely and comfy with everything needed, only thing that let it down ever so slightly was the food but overall it was excellent and I would stay again.

The staff were out standing, there was one member of staff that we thought had been there for a long time but he had only been there for 3 days he was wonderful with information, a nod to the chefs the food was fantastic, bus service to Cromer was good, would definitely recommend this hotel
