「Good base which welcomes visitors with dogs (pre booked in their garden rooms) and a 2 min walk to the local train station. Easy (and cheap) train ride to Cromer if you don’t fancy the beach walk - which I do recommend you do - then train back!」

「The house, location and local amenities were excellent. We had no problems with cleanliness as stated in other reviews and the house was very well equipped. Sadly, the wind was high during our stay so we couldn’t use the hot tub but that’s Britain for you! Local bar and restaurant, the White Horse was excellent; the food and service was impeccable and we would highly recommend it. The beach, although cold, was perfect and all in all our short stop to this area of the world for the first time...

「my husband and i enjoyed our stay. Set in a lovely position on the cliff above the beach the grounds were lovely with ample seating outside. All staff were friendly and helpful which contributed greatly to our enjoyment in the hotel. Would stay here again.」

「The property was not that clean. Cobwebs on most curtains and in other areas. Its sleeps 5 people but only enough crockery for 4 and half of the plates had cracks. ( i do have photos). Over all a disappointment.」

「What stood out immediately was the cheerful and helpful staff. Well done to all - from the guy who checked us in to the one who made breakfast for us.
Very comfortable room with good facilities
We only stayed for one Sunday night so managed to get a parking space but I doubt that would happen again during the week or in high season. Double yellow lines everywhere so would need to go to a parking lot. Not sure how much that was.」
