"Took my daughter for a break from our caring duty for my elderly dad , the hotel was spotless , welcoming and staff were amazing and helpful , we stayed 2 nights and we have stayed in many hotels in Liverpool but I have to say the breakfast was exceptional, so much variety and so fresh , from start to finish it was amazing , we were in a courtyard room and the only small complaint was the excessive noise from either televisions or music past midnight which I did find annoying , overall I would willingly stay again , Thank you . "The titanic hotel is a great place to stay, it was very quiet and clean, it was 15 minutes walk from Liverpool City Centre L1. Car park was spacious, nice bar and restaurant. Wide variety of breakfast. We will stay there again when the opportunity comes up."

One employee, sorry...didn't catch her name, but she was a blonde lady who did both frontdesk and cleaning of rooms, really went the extra mile for me, sorting an iron at short notice, when all of them had been lent out. "The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. The Crosby beach is only a 10 minute walk and the main street of Waterloo is just 5 minutes away with bars and restaurants a plenty. The Royal Hotel is a lovely place to stay with a restaurant on site. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The rooms are clean and have enough space. You have tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a fan to cool you down on hot days as there is no aircon. Rooms are set on 2 floors but there is no lift so maybe not a place to stay if you are disabled. We had a meal on our first night and the food was delightful and cooked to perfection. The price of the meal was affordable and the service by the waitress was excellent. They have a bar there that can seat plenty of customers and once again the bar staff are very helpful and cheerful. I will definitely be staying here again in the future and would advise anyone heading to this area to do the same. Thank you to all the staff at the Royal it was a pleasure to stay at your lovely hotel. "
"Apartment was clean and tidy. Everything near by such as restaurants and pubs etc. Called the night before to arrange pick up if keys. Proved to be difficult and when got through they didn't know I had booked the apartment. They tried to charge me extra for cleaning fee even though I had already paid for it. On day of arrival took ages to get in touch with them but was very accommodating when got there and apologised. "
