I still waited patiently and it was 3 o’clock by the time I checked in but since I didn’t stay the entire night and I was checked out by 12 am I requested a full refund for the entire amount and they denied it. "Perfect for 2 couples or a small family! Very clean and Marcus was very responsive. We were in Charleston the first time and the location was great. 20 min to just about anywhere and plenty of local shopping and restaurants nearby .If we come back we would stay here again!"
