「The unit was exactly as described - no surprises there at all and the host made herself readily available. The condo building is older but well kept. I would recommend this location and unit for 1-2 people. We enjoyed our stay and would consider a repeat in the future.」

「Cute, Clean, Condo with all the amenities needed; from comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen, cooler, beach chairs, towels, and umbrella! Great Location- could walk to The Shops of Olde Marco, The Boardroom Tavern, and the Snook Inn. Easy Check-In/Check-Out with great communication. Would definitely stay here on future visits!」

「The condo was very nice and just as listed. Condo and property well maintained. The only thing I would have liked is to have an outlet in the bedroom for my phone. There's no clock so I need to use my phone for an alarm for early morning fishing, but there was no place to plug it in. That's a very tiny thing though. Otherwise, everything was great.」

「Everything was very pleasant, the breakfast complete and delicious, the staff always willing to help in any need, the room I had was very spacious and comfortable, the cleanliness excellent, it is close to many places to eat.」

「Fabulous location for Old Naples, very walkable to 5th, 3rd and the beach. Spacious condo with 2 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen. Friendly staff on-site, free parking, free bikes and beach gear all available. Great pool on the waterfront and garden too with a great pool bar with snacks (12-6 daily). Decor is tired/dated but clean in the condo but the space and location make up for it. We will stay here again.」

「Unit is very spacious for a 1 br. Equipped with everything you will ever need. If I were the host, I'd write that they have beach chairs and umbrella and boogie boards/hair dryer/beach towels. These are important and could be the difference between your unit and another VRBO.」

「We’ve stayed at Eagles Nest 3 years and really like it. The only issues are the elevators (1 of 2 was out of service periodically) and the pool was closed for 24 hours because of pump issue.」
