“Check in process was poorly communicated. They use a contactless system with very poor support stating that they were having techniqual problems. This is the 2nd and last time I will use pass the key system as it leaves the client with 0 support. Both times I had problems getting information on how to check in. This isnt good enough.”

“Room was lovely, updated and new, kitchen was well stocked and had everything you needed.
My only concern was the bed, old worn out uncomfortable lumpy spring mattress and the top blanket/accent quilt had visible stains (looked like pasta sauce), we just removed it. Was such a contrast with rest of the apartment that was immaculate. They went all the way with everything then seem to stop at the bed? Strange.
But great location, super pretty street and a scenic 10 min walk to the Underground.”

“Very responsive and we didn’t have to worry about anything. It was all smooth sailing. We got to the property 30 min walk with an 8 and 6 year old from King’s Cross and it was a beautiful walk. Lots of cool stops. There were Restaurants beneath the property a the cathedral just down the road, it peeks through to Watling Street and the cobbled path makes it romantic. In the evening of our arrival we cross Southwark bridge and listened to some live Jimi Hendrix and ate fancy cookies. The next day……
