“Wonderful views of the bay. At first we had some difficulty communicating with host, delayed response. There were 2 days of Island power outages which shuts down water,refrigeration and AC. No living room, couch is in the bedroom. “The condo was perfect and spacious but no view like what is listed. That is from the pool, which is beautiful and a spot all should enjoy. “This was a great place to stay and checked all of the boxes for us: very clean, walking distance to town, many of the necessities and niceties, and the owners are very communicative. And the bottle of rum was very nice. Please read previous reviews about the roosters and need for ear plugs - you will need them. “The host was very welcoming. He met us at our jeep rental facility and we followed him to Happy Place. He showed us around and explained how everything worked and where it was. The amenities are excellent and we had everything we needed. But the most amazing aspect of being at Happy Place is the view! It is breathtaking. Well worth the harrowing drive to it. You definitely need a vehicle if you choose this amazing place to stay. I would 100% stay there again.”

“Beautiful Villa! A short drive into Cruz Bay. Plenty of safe roads to take a morning walk. Villa had all the modern conveniences, everything needed to ensure our stay was comfortable.
