「This was the worst place we have stayed in 7 weeks of travelling. Tiny room. Double bed against the wall. Bedhead freestanding & moves every time you roll over. Tiny bathroom. No room for cases. In house restaurant closed the 3 nights we stayed. Had to travel 10 kms to find an evening meal. Advertises that it’s 25kms from Bilbao, when it was more like 35km. 「Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt angenehm und das Hotel hat uns gut gefallen. Leider gab es jedoch zwei Punkte, die den Eindruck etwas getrübt haben. Zum einen waren bei unserer Ankunft keine Handtücher auf dem Zimmer. Außerdem hatten wir Frühstück gebucht und dies dem Personal mehrfach in der App gezeigt. Uns wurde jedes Mal gesagt, dass es geklärt werde und sich jemand bei uns melden würde – das ist jedoch nie passiert. Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir zunächst problemlos zum Frühstück...
