“Very clean and friendly staff. We would highly recommend this accommodation. We stayed for one night on the start of a motorcycle tour in Spain and Portugal. Breakfast was included and was very welcome. We arrived quite late as we had problems getting off the ferry at santander. The staff left our room key in a safe lock and sent us a message. That took the pressure off us getting to the accommodation before reception closed. We will definitely come back again. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”

“This is a beautiful hotel which is well situated to see the tomb of Pelayo and the basilica. Charming and full of character, this hotel is worth the money. The restaurant serves dinner with Asturian classics at a reasonable price. The only criticism is that the waiter could not tell us anything about the cheeses we were eating. As Asturias is known for its gastronomy, a hotel of this class should have staff who can talk about the food in either English or Spanish. That said, I would not hesitate……

“Unique mountain landscape surrounding a hillside village, with the resort set almost at the top. Fabulous facilities, very comfortable room and great staff. Loved the infinity pool looking out onto the mountains. Would love to come back. ”

“A beautiful hotel in the countryside but by the sea at the same time thus giving superb views of the area. Breakfast is not included in the price of the room and needs to be ordered the previous day. €11 per person. Fantastically comfortable and clean. Good Wi-Fi. Colunga is just a mile or so away from the hotel to the west with many bars/eateries to choose from.”
