Nice place

The house is as described. Very nice location. Ideal for 3 couples as two of the bedrooms are only accessible by a ladder inside of the house. However, one room can be accessed by a staircase outside. Not alot to do that's close by so expect to drive a bit. Very quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful view, peaceful and quiet

We went for a girls trip and enjoyed staying at the place so much. The view was amazing and we loved the pool. It was remote and we enjoyed the privacy but did drive to the ocean everyday for food/etc. would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing

This place was great! stayed there for 7 days with some close friends and didn’t wanna leave! View was incredible! Dani our travel concierge was the best and helped out so much with anything we needed! Definitely plan on coming back for another trip!

Pura Vida!

We had a great stay with our family! The views are beautiful and the house had everything we needed for our first visit to Costa Rica! It does take a bit to get to town for food/beaches, but once the weather cleared and we got used to the roads we enjoyed our stay! The house managers were quick to respond with any questions and Dani our house concierge was very helpful in setting up tours, groceries, rental car, and transportation to and from the airport! Everything was clean well kept! Seeing the monkeys from our porch on the last two days was the hi-light of the trip!

Beautiful vila with an amazing pool

The villa is just as pictured. And I could literally live in the salt water pool. This home is away from sights, so I definitely suggest arranging a driver, as the roads are difficult to navigate. But this also gives you tranquility. The concierge Dani is absolutely wonderful. She planned the trip ahead of time with us and even helped us with a couple difficulties that arose. We also recommend booking a meal with their kind Chef Adrian.

Fantastic View

We travel to Costa Rica often and this is one of our favorite stays! The pool is fantastic. The ocean view from the pool was spectacular. The house was very clean and well stocked. Very unique home. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area. Great place to grill our freshly caught fish. We woke up every morning to the birds and monkeys. Our concierge, Dani, was a huge help. She set up our fishing charter. Dani arranged for groceries to be delivered to the house. We arrived late so it was a relief to have the essentials stocked. She was quick to answer all of our questions. She was super. A 4x4 vehicle is a must. We rented a 4x4 at Liberia airport. All the beaches we explored were fantastic. Had some delicious meals in Nosara. Definitely will be coming back!

Will definitely return to this sensational property!

From the moment we walked in, we knew this experience would want for nothing. It was spectacularly clean and each space in the house was expansive and offered amazing views. The pool is as beautiful as it appears in the photos and we enjoyed every available moment in or beside it. It must also be said that the concierge (house manager), Dani, made the whole experience even better. She reached out well before we arrived to offer support in booking rental vehicles, excursions and any in-villa services we might like. After taking care of all that, she continued to be prompt in all responses during our stay. Her husband, Adrian, is an exceptional chef who made us an amazing meal (possibly the best of our whole trip) and the massage therapists that came to the house were of a similar calibre. An all around exceptional experience... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Has seen better days

Many things to love about this home, most importantly a lovely pool that’s warm enough for swimming day or night. Interesting layout, great views, comfortable furniture and beds. Overall just a lot of deferred maintenance that needs to be addressed to make it a place to return to. All but one fan broken in the outdoor patio space, and the one that worked didn’t run well, so very little air movement making use of the outdoor space hard. One small stand fan doesn’t begin to work against the heat. The giant screens that are meant to block the late afternoon sun are broken and the outdoor kitchen area gets full hot sun in the evening when you would like to use it to grill. Ice maker out there is broken as well. No ice maker in kitchen and an awkward freezer design of drawers that make it difficult to place ice cube trays. Could use more kitchen storage containers and rugs throughout the home (only one small rug by each shower). Layout makes only 3 bedrooms useable with bathroom access. No water in the outdoor water feature and no grass or turf in the upstairs lounge area, and patio loungers are well past needing replacing. The overall feeling is of neglect and lack of maintenance and in our opinion it should be priced less unless these issues are addressed. The neighborhood is great and there’s easy access to San Juanillo/Ostional/Marbella. Very safe and friendly area.

FANTASIC TRIP

We travel often, and this is our favorite VRBO experience ever! This trip was fantastic from beginning to end. The view from the pool of the green jungle and ocean was breathtaking, and the house itself was perfect. We woke up every morning to the birds and drank coffee while watching the monkeys. The villa was very comfortable and had a nice layout for our big group. The concierge, Dani, set up our activities before we even arrived and was able to arrange for fresh groceries to be delivered. She answered all of our questions quickly and had great recommendations. Our favorite dinner spot was Coyol, with amazing views over the town. We had a great time deep-sea fishing in San Juanillo and had so much fun on the ATV tour! Take the airport shuttle to avoid getting lost like us, and a 4x4 vehicle is 100% required. Thanks again for everything! We definitely plan on coming back.
