Our family had the best time during spring break. It was so peaceful and much needed quiet time away from our crazy everyday lives. The house was well stocked, had super cute decor, and the most amazing outdoor spaces to enjoy like the deck and river! 10000/10 will be back and can't wait until we do.

This place was very fun, the porch is amazing and has heaters and fans so can be used all year long. The scenery is great and perfect for some good walks! We didn’t really have hot water on the top floor, more of lukewarm water, but besides that everything was great!!

Everyone Was very impressed with the accommodations. The only issue I had was the hinges to the door leading into the master bedroom, lost some screws and there was a hole in the pmaster bedroom bathroom door, but other than that everything was fine.

The facilities were what we expected and everyone had a great time. The only complaint would be that there should be better directions to the house. And that once you are out of the house is that you loose Wi-Fi and it doesn’t come back until you are a couple miles from the house.

The house is as it pictured in the photos. We loved the second floor outside area to relax and hang out. The lift really helped getting luggage and groceries up to the third floor. It was a little hard find in the dark. It was a wonderful weekend!

The only thing that was missing was pillows for the master bed? The house is really setup well for empty nesters or small families. Essentially its two bedrooms with sort of toddler room within the master. No complaints for a couple.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at the river retreat, the beds were comfy and the house was immaculate! My kiddos enjoyed the beautiful outdoor deck and we all ended our day sitting out and enjoying the beautiful river view. Our host was thoughtful and made sure that we had special Thanksgiving touches. This is the most well-stocked kitchen we've ever had using VRBO, they had good equipment and also kind additions like spices. We didn't necessarily need any of it, because we weren't there for very long. We highly recommend this rental if you are in the area and need a clean, comfy place to land! We loved our time there and will definitely stay again.

Upon arrival we were dismayed by the appearance. There was animal feces on stairs and upper platform. Dust over all outdoor furniture that would require cleaning before you could sit down. Then inside was old, but the real problem was it was unclean. It needs an entire deep cleaning before it could even be cleaned on a regular basis. There is a hole in the master bath door. Feces in potty. Kitchen floor has dirty food on it. Spiderwebs inside and outside.
