「Great staff」

「Lovely room in the beautiful Berat, great for a nights stay on our way to the coast. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was lovely and breakfast was provided.」

「No issues at all, great location, the location is in the center of everything and the restaurant down stairs is convenient.」

「Loved my view, cute hotel and great location. Staff was helpful and friendly.」

「Perfecte locatie voor verblijf in Berat. Verzorgd ontbijt, mooi terras, vriendelijk personeel.」

「The location was excellent, but the room did not meet the standard we expected based on the hotel’s ratings. The bed was very squeaky and uncomfortable, leaving me with a sore back. The kettle provided on request was dirty, so I had to clean it thoroughly before using it. The toiletries were also poor, so we used our own. 「Perfect location, loved the breakfast!」

「We had an amazing stay at AisHa Apartment! The apartment was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a perfect stay. The rooms were cozy, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the entire place felt fresh and beautifully designed. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Communication was excellent from check-in to check-out, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. The location was also fantastic —...

「Great all around! Beautifully decorated, nicely kept, and our breakfast was included - and hearty!!」

「If I could leave an 11 star review I would. Berat is an Albanian gem and this property and its warm and friendly owner are perfect. Our room was absolutely stunning and well presented. We had a nice chat with the owner over a glass of home made Raki and wish we could have stayed longer. Wonderful stay」

「Great views, friendly and helpful staff」

「Prima locatie, heerlijk ontbijt, aardige gastvrouw. Schone kamer, heerlijke douche.」
