「We had a lovely stay at Bilbrook nice size for the 3 of us. The WiFi was a hit and miss, nice to have the washer dryer as the weather was wet, the children said the tv was too small, one downside was the low water pressure of the shower. Bonus of having the pool and jacuzzi which we used daily, we didn’t use the games room. On arrival host Richard showed us where everything was and round the flat. A good location to explore around Exmoor.」

「Lovely place just as pictured, but as someone with mobility issues the shower access should be photographed better. The shower base is about 18inches above the floor with no grab bars. As such it was to inaccessable for me. I was very dissappointed, basin washes were the go, with bending into the shower to wash my hair using the hand shower! It was tempting to turn the bath room into a wet room, but alas no drain in the floor so i didn't. Husband had no trouble. It is a very beautiful site,...

「This is a beautiful 5 star property in a very quiet rural location. We were two coiples and had so much space to chill and two lovely bedrooms both with en suite was just brilliant. Plenty of storage, fully stocked and large kitchen and untility/ boot room if you go walking!! It is so beautifully decorated throughout we loved all the different lamps. 「We traveled with a teenager and my mum, so having three double bedrooms in the centre of town was very helpful. And we could all watch what we wanted with all the tvs in the apartment. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen. A bread bin or somewhere to store food would be helpful as we had to store everything on the countertops. It was lovely and warm. And the beds were all super comfortable. There were a lot of stairs in the property, which it may help to advertise as my mum has...

"Happy: helpful staff, great breakfast, Clean and cozy room, comfortable bed, good shower, picturesque window view, 24-hour self service bar, 5 minutes walk to town centre. Unhappy: room too warm during daytime in summer, and we didn't know that dinner must be booked before 4pm, so missed it. Overall a great place to stay, would love to go again and try the dinner."
