“Upon arrival, the staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, and we were not greeted or made to feel welcome at reception. While the property is very clean, it feels quite dated and in need of an upgrade. The furniture and curtains, in particular, give the impression that little has been updated since the 1980s.”

“The views are amazing, you forget you are close to the city. The service was great. Ver friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious and the Valentine’s dinner performance by the saxophonist was amazing. The rooms might need to be upgraded soon. Towels were a bit hard. But we then upgraded to the executive suites and that side everything was great”

“
Generally, my family and I had a good stay. We however felt rushed to leave the room to allow for cleaning, with knocks and telephone calls to ask when we would vacate. Sometimes we were woken up by loud vacuum cleaning. It would be good to invest in training of the staff even if they are temporary. One was obviously unwell with a flu as she served breakfast. Another at the reception told us that '"I am only a student" when we pointed out a serious safety hazard and potential risk to injury:……
