“J’ai vraiment tout aimé sauf la nourriture de l'hôtel c'était une déception total. Tout ce que j’ai eu a commandé était horrible. Le service en terrasse était lent pour rien meme quand il y’a pas beaucoup de monde. Recevoir une commande de bouteille d’eau ne devrait jamais prendre plus de 30mn ”

“Actually stuff are very kind and helpful. But they need a good team management , and Actually they have a lot of problems. First they did not find me at aeroport (I have reserved aeroport pickup service), and they refuse to give me innvoice when I check out, I really do very Bad impression here.”

“j'ai payé pour cet hebergement et quand je suis parti, ladresse est introuvable, mauvaise adresse sur expedia et mauavais numero de telephone, finalement avec l'aide des gens quand je suis arrivé sur place on m'a dit que je n'ai aucune reservation, j'ai du chercher une solution d'hebergement le soir meme et je demande le remboursement à Expedia j'attends toujours une reponse à ma demande”

“Otel cok yeni ve cok temiz. Personel cok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Özellikle otelin Novotel ile bağlantılı oluşu fiyat performans konusunda çok üst düzeyde olmasını sağlıyor. Restoran harika, kahvaltı kesinlikle yeterli ve lezzetli. Havuz ve gym imkanlari cok iyi. Kesinlikle yine bu otelde konaklayacagim.”

“The staff are very polite and professional. I still remember on of them who went extra mile in his job. His name is FABRICE. A young man, very polite and helpful. I’ve left some clothes in the wardrobe. He managed to arrange for me to collect them couple of days later when I came back to Abidjan from the countryside. The room cleaner, a young later that I don’t know the name, kindly notify it to the reception ant securely left the clothes in a safe place. Well done to all of them at the……
