"Very nice rooms and they do online reservations payment. WiFi, hot water, and A/C all working well. The staff are very friendly and there’s a security guard to allow 24/7 access to guests. "We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and the staff were very freindly at this hotel from the moment we arrived. The one day they even washed and ironed some clothes which was a surprise to us. The hotel rooms were spacious and very nice and the wifi also worked well. The pool area was quite small and the sun doesn't really get to it but that isn't a bad thing in the Abidjan heat. I would consider staying here again if visiting Abidjan again."

"It’s a gorgeous property and was spotless. The food was good. The front desk, wait staff and cleaning staff were very professional and helpful. Overall I had a nice stay. It doesn’t get 5 stars because they forgot to pick me up from the airport and only sent the driver when I got outside, found no one waiting for me and called to ask, which took another 45 minutes. Luckily I had a working sim, I speak French and I’m familiar with Abidjan. This could have gone sideways for someone else. Definitely not a good first impression. Also, there don’t seem to be porters? Upon check-in the lovely Lydia at the front desk had to carry my bag up to my room and upon checkout, I brought my bag down and even loaded it into my cab myself. Not quite a 5-star experience - it was nice but missed the mark."
