「The condo was clean. The entrance is on the side, which we found after trying the front door. Be aware that the floor is not even, and slopes a bit. Also there is no bathroom on the second floor where the bedrooms are located, but that was not a problem for us.」

「Great ski week at this comfortable condo!」

「Great location and local charm!」

「Property manager was very kind but a little hard to get a hold of. Owner of the property was amazing and in contact immediately. The house is quaint, cute and perfect for a beautiful stay on the coast. We enjoyed the location more than anything. The owners left a binder with a lot of very helpful information for restaurants, stores, etc. If you want to stay in the area, you can walk almost anywhere. All in all we loved our stay and would return.」

「Checkin was super easy. Amazing location. We weren’t interested in the city scene, but plenty of outdoor adventures nearby. Mat was an excellent host. Cleanliness was not great (cob webs, dog fur, dust, dirt and debris in the corners). Mat came to clean himself when we first got there to try to make it right. If he’s paying a cleaning company, he needs to find a new one! Appliances were okay, but not all fully functional (toaster and stovetop).」

「We loved our stay at this property. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were modern, which was a nice contrast to the original floors and antique charm that come with an old home. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved cooking for our family. A close walk to Freeport, we enjoyed the idyllic walks.」

「This place is really nice and we enjoyed our stay.」

「Property was great, looked exactly like the online listing, and was clean upon arrival. Communication with hosts/management was easy and seamless. Location is great, within walking distance of great cafes, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely come back!」

「Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay on Bailey Island at your Bailey Island condo. Waking up each morning to the smell of ocean air, a beautiful view of the cove, the sound of seagulls & active lobster fisherman allowed us to...

「It was easy in and I was surprised with the second kitchen! This was a perfect pace for our families to get together for a reunion. thank you!」

「Great view of Casco Bay, which changed color depending on the weather」

「Cute place near a nice town. Host was responsive and accommodating!」

「The decor and the construction details are modern and in good shape. The location is convenient and ample parking space for the property available. The only thing is the downstairs mster bedroom is cramped and difficult to get to the bed from the window side with the room conditioner portruding into the room. Otherwise we are happy with the quality and newness of the construction, style and quality.」

「This was perfect for my big family! We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Friendly neighbors, beautiful views and close to anything you plan to do!!」

「The house was clean and in great condition. Host was very accomodating.」

「We absolutely enjoyed staying at this townhouse. The view of the lake and the sunsets were beautiful. Communication with the owner was very easy. The little beach area was perfect and we had so much fun with the paddle boards and going to the floating dock. We will definitely stay here again. 」

「Our family loved this beautiful apartment in the heart of Portland! The space is even better in person. We loved being within walking distance to so much of what Portland has to offer. The parking spot that comes with the unit was also great, as we had a rental car. Would definitely stay here again!」

「This apartment was clean and very accessible to downtown Portland. Could have used an air conditioner in the living room area but did have them in the bed rooms. Kitchen was Very well equipped with all necessities. I would say that people having trouble with stairs might not be ideal as the apartment is on the 3rd floor and winding. The host Gerald was very response to all our questions and very easy check in.」
