“The apartment is bright and sunny, thoughtfully and tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. There is a view of Back Cove from the living room (and sunrise over the water). The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but just a short drive into downtown Portland. Bike friendly! David provided privacy but was there if needed. We had a wonderful time! ”

“My family of 5 vacationed from Dec. 28th through Jan. 6th and could not have asked for a better experience!The condo had more than enough room for 2 adults and 3 children and the property looked just as pristine in person as it did in the photographs. The location is majestic as there are a number of windows as well as the deck that face right out to the ocean.Many of the businesses within walking distance had closed for the season, but that was just fine for us as it was incredibly quiet and……

“Location, location, location. The condo was just as pictured, and had everything we needed for the stay, extra blankets, pillows, towels. The place was spotless upon arrival. Location was fantastic. Downtown Old Orchard is very quaint with tons of shops and restaurants. Close to Kennebunkport and Portland which were both fun day trips. I couldn't ask for a better VBRO experience. Would highly recommend and will stay here again!”

“The property was outstanding and the location was perfect for us. However I would check the work of the cleaning crew seeing that we washed the bathroom floor and swept the kitchen area before we unpacked. Nothing major but should be a concern to the management team.”
