“The check in process was a nightmare. Took hours . So we had to just wait around. Then when we finally got someone to take us to the room, she left us and we didn’t know where she went, so we had to wait on someone else. When we got to our villa, it was hot, the air was not on. Each room had separate air conditioner, but the rooms had windows you could not close to keep air in. The pool was not cleaned. The WiFi didn’t work, so they had to bring us a hot spot instead. “We just came home from a lovely 21 day stay at Villa Casa Pueblo Azul. The villa was the perfect set up for 2 couples - each having their own bathroom. The kitchen is small - best for only 1 person working in it at a time. The air conditioning worked well at night and the breezes during the day made things comfortable when the A/C wasn't available. “Review from 4 Couples. From the outside, the home is absolutely beautiful — spacious, well-designed, and perfect for a group. Unfortunately, several maintenance issues made our stay disappointing. When we arrived, the front door was difficult to open and the house was extremely hot. Most of the air conditioners were not working properly, and the ceiling fans didn’t function. The refrigerator was barely cooling, likely just plugged in before we arrived, causing some of our groceries to spoil. One……

We enjoyed the location as well - far from the bustle of the tourist center but close enough to some great beaches and restaurants.”

“Very good value for the money! Gorgeous views, plenty of space (large master bedroom and living room, and spacious outside patio). Nice and clean. Also very quiet and peaceful surroundings. The pool is warm and has both a deep and a shallow end. Very grateful for well-functioning A/Cs in the bedrooms. Hazardous for small kids that there are no railings at all on the patio. Just a sheer drop. But no problem for adults. We also had issues with water backing up from the drains but Noom took care of……

“Cannot recommend this home enough!! We had the most wonderful week!! Beautiful house, well kept, LOCATION!!. Views were out of this world. We loved being in the central part of the island with easy access to all of the beaches and activities. We enjoyed having access to the resort for restaurants, pizza and coffee. The only issue we had was the construction going on next door. The workers were very loud throughout the entire week - drilling, trucks, and conversation. We were warned of this ahead……
