“Gustavo was extremely helpful throughout the stay and was responsive when asking for anything we had questions about such as food, feeding the alpacas, lighting the fireplace for us and even arranged an early morning taxi for us to the ollantaytambo train station The food was good as well but the star of the show was how peaceful, clean and beautiful everything was. Normally i dont write reviews but this location blew me out of the water”

“Beautiful boutique hotel with only 16 rooms that are spacious, elegant, quiet, safe and convenient. The staff is amazing and helped mewith anything and everything I needed including fixing my glasses I sat on and shopping for special foods I like. I felt deeply cared for. I now consider this my home in the Sacred Valley and hope to return someday. This is for sure THE only place to stay in my opinion.”

“This was a breathtaking view!!! Very remote location, you will travel deep in Urubamba but if you are looking for peace, this is the place. Gerry was magnificent, place is lucky to have him. My only complaints, wish their menu had more options and the beds were definitely on the hard side.”

When my friend and I experienced altitude sickness, Darghen arranged a private taxi tour for us so we could explore at our own pace and return to the hostel whenever we needed. This was far more comfortable than joining a standard group tour, and we were very grateful for his help. The breakfast was one of the freshest we have ever had. Much of the produce is harvested directly……

“A decent, but not luxurious hotel. Well situated, and free continental breakfast was included. Somewhat noisy in the early evening due to proximity of the main square but quieted down at night.”
