「Pool was amazing! Good location, and front desk was great. Really we enjoyed our stay, room was so clean. The only con and why I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts is the beds and linens. The beds came with only sheets set up and not enough blankets in the closets and they didnt have extra covers for those blankets. The bed in the parent room felt like a water bed lol. Really otherwise was a great location, friendly staff, amazing pool, and we loved our vacation.」

「Booked for a week, left within 24hrs, others were also doing the same whilst we were checking out, all with hygiene, health & safety and noise complaints. Room initially looked big, floor clean & just dated, had no crockery pans etc to cook with but someone did bring to room couple hours later. Then found creatures in the bed, which made us pull sheets off & found disgustingly stained mattresses, pillows stained, someone let themselves in room whilst we were in bed at night, balcony was filthy,...
