“Room was really clean, recently renovated and felt fresh.
The staff were excellent—polite, helpful and always happy to go the extra mile. Small touches like waiters offering to carry drinks to your table made a difference. The entertainment team were fun and engaging for both kids and adults. Raj the doorman deserves a special mention—he’s hilarious and brilliant with children.
Even though we didn’t travel with younger kids, it’s clear this hotel is very family-friendly. There’s loads to do,……

“There waa no remote to control the air con unit or the tv
The room smelt of cigarettes. When you don't smoke it isn't a nice smell.
The room was clean and we had clean towls,
We didn't use the kitchen area.
The rooms are a really nice size.
Just needs updating.
Better locks on the doors,
Also there is no bottled water in the room. When it states a boftle of water on arrival.
