“The staff was cooperative. Food was good. But that is not enough. It appears that an old hotel is undergoing refurbishment. Have to ask for everything like water, towel, bath-kit, toilet roll. Washbasin drainage needs repair. The fan regulator needs repair. Have to use online apps for auto/cabs, no other options. No lift, though my room was on ground floor, but a temporary dine-in option is on terrace. ”

“The property is new. The rooms are big and well laid out. They have an onsite kitchen that provide tasty and yummy food. The in room dining menu is quite big and the food quality is awesome!! Outside laundry facility is available but not on Sunday and Monday, hence the return time might not be convenient for many. The staff is attentive and provides quick service. I will return. ”

“Have stayed at this property for many years and perhaps the only reason that I stay (aside from it being of high quality) is that the hotel is one block walking distance from where I need to be while in Gurgaon. If you are simply looking for a fantastic clean and quiet place to stay, this is top notch. It does have its downfalls however; Taxi drivers cannot find location! Don't even try at night. Driver absolutely must call property, most often more than once, while enroute for instructions.……
