“We booked online with a breakfast included and got to the hotel only to find out that because of some computer problems it didn’t show that our breakfast was included. Instead of being apologetic and helpful the manager spent a long time arguing with us about how we had purchased the wrong thing and that they couldn’t do anything because it was a computer problem. In the end Expedia reimbursed us for all the meals. Thank you Expedia.”

“Did not use the laundry but this location was great for airport travel. Room was quiet and comfortable. Only thing was I could not get my hot water heater to turn on. But price, comfort and location was worth it. Will stay again. ”

“The hotel did not honour my confirmed booking when I landed at their reception! While they kept saying tech issue, I am pretty sure it was because they would have sold the inventory at a much higher price due to AI Summit in Delhi.
They asked me to move to a property nearby, which was so bad, smelly that I had to move out after an hour. Was literally on the roads of Delhi for a few hours before I figured out another hotel. ”

“Stay away! Pathetic experience. Firstly the room was not ready, so they moved me to a building next to this booked residency. That building was literally a broken building with rooms. I had no choice, but to stay as already exhausted from travel.
My room had no keys so then they again moved me to another "spare" room. In the evening the Room got locked out and the keys won't work. Even maintenance guy could not open it and I was left outside for 45mins. Maintenance guy they told me this……
