Very good value for the money. Staff is lovely and helpful. Currency exchange at the front desk. Motorbike rental available as well, just make sure that the bike has good brakes and good tires.

Good overall value for the money. Breakfast is good. There was no WiFi at swimming pool. Motorbike rental is a bit expensive when compared to Thailand. Hotel staff was very friendly and nice.

Unpleasent stay

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing. The rooftop terrace and the pool were under renovation, but this was not mentioned anywhere beforehand. Starting at 7 AM every morning, we had to endure loud drilling that lasted all day and was clearly audible in our room, making it impossible to rest. When we tried to address the issue at the front desk, we were told that the manager was unavailable. However, when I went to the office myself, I found the manager, who initially pretended to be a hotel guest to avoid the conversation. I had to insist multiple times before we could even begin discussing the problem. Eventually, after more back and forth, a third person stepped in and helped resolve the issue (got 50% off). Shockingly, we were then asked not to mention this situation online. I find that completely unacceptable. Instead of being transparent, the hotel seems to be actively trying to hide the situation. I cannot recommend this hotel.

Very small hotel and not clean

The first room which the hotel staff gave us had a lot of ants on the walls behind the TV, so we changed the room. From the reaction of the staff from front desk when she saw the ants, we sure she knew about this. And, the air conditioner was not satisfactory, since it showed 18 degrees, but you felt 25 degrees. It is definitely not a up-to-standard hotel.

总体感觉性价比高，房间干净整洁，服务态度良好，早餐也不错，离海滩只有十分钟的路程，附近有好几个海鲜排挡，离市中心打车也就四万左右越南盾，如果想近距离感受海滩的可以选择。

乾淨舒服的房間，但是很可惜，我的房間沒有浴缸，無法泡澡。 頂樓的游泳池小巧卻很漂亮，從頂樓可以遠眺海邊玩水的人。 服務人員態度親切，與她們討論晚餐的餐廳與觀光景點都會熱心提供參考。

Bed was not really that comfortable. If only stay overnight is not bad but with long stay you are better off paying more for a higher quality hotel. Dated hotel in need of upgrade on flooring and other items. Repetitive breakfast contents. I booked 2 rooms. One for me and my wife. And the other was for my daughter and husband for the trip. The beds were not as comfortable as we would like, so we had to upgrade for one with better bed. All the rooms had minor issues such as TV remote not working, bathroom not drained etc. But the kitchen staff was accommodating in adjusting serving times to meet our needs which were very nice. Staff was nice in general, inconsistent in providing correct answers was at times confusing to us. Lack of an extra room card key was a factor needing change to accommodate guest who has partner who needed to go separate ways. Quite inconvenient at times. And this is a dated hotel that needs update.

En helt enestående opplevelse under oppholdet mitt! Fantastisk resepsjon med bare blide og serviceinnstilte medarbeidere, som er første linjen og starter oppholdet mitt på best mulige måte! Jeg blir oppgradert uten forespørsel til tiende etasje og mottar også velkomstdrink i resepsjonen. Rommet har fantastisk utsikt over byen og jeg ble liggende i en lekker daybed å beundre utsikten lenge. Rommet hadde alle tillegg du kan forvente av et 4 stjerner hotell inkl gratis mineralvann og flere sorter kaffe. Glassveggen som skiller rommet inn til det gedigne og rålekre badet har eget forheng om du reiser med din kjære. Her får du også luksusprodukter i form av kostbare seper og hårprodukter inkludert i prisen. Deilige og myke håndklær som lukter vidunderlig og sengetøy i høy kvalitet samt èn myk pute og en litt fastere pute! Dette bør alle andre hoteller ta lærdom av og kan ikke huske sist jeg hadde dette, men det var i Dubai for +10 år siden... Frokosten er en kapittel for seg selv og hvor du igjen møter bok en del av det blide og serviceinnstilte personalet som lager retter til deg der og da!! Anbefaler omeletten med tilhørende vietnamesiske krydder som damene komponerer i smak for deg! Masse å velge mellom på 2 lange rader og kaffen er noe av det beste jeg har smakt! Alt på hotellet er skinnende rent og pent og renholdspersonalet ordner rommet til stor fornøyelse for meg og selvfølgelig blide også disse med sine fine smil! Jeg anbefaler alle et besøk, ja dette vil du oppleve selv!
