飯店在會安古城的門口處，觀光方便，飯店有免費腳踏車出借，房間實際尺寸比照片上小，有個小小的室內游泳池，網路速度可以，早餐因為遇到疫情，只提供單份現煮早餐，會推薦給注重便利性的遊客。

酒店對面就是會安夜市,行街,食飯,買紀念品,便利店樣樣有,不過始終係遊客區買野有點貴,酒店樓下有路邊小販檔,有時間可以享受當地文化飲杯咖啡.

首先 check in, 佢哋畀咗一間望隔離酒店泳池景畀我哋, 其實我哋係訂河景， 嗰間房可以望到小小河景， 第二日落去查詢佢話因為我哋要雙人床所以冇河景房， 但我book嘅時間明明係雙人床河景房， 同佢講咗我老公好唔鍾意之後，佢就話如果河景房就 冇雙人床同埋冇企缸， 仲要叫我哋瞓多晚先轉畀我哋， 我話唔可以 跟住佢下午兩點就轉過一間河景房畀我，有企缸亦都有雙人床， 即係之前講大話啦， 態度唔係非常之好 早餐非常之難食！ 網上面嘅泳池景完全係呃人， 個泳池唔會曬到太陽，細到不得了 總之不愉快經歷！

Bad
Close to the market, but the price is medium, so the room is small and the furniture is old. When the tenant was not in the room, the store was just inside. There are big problems with privacy and security.

Nice experience
Room is fine and clean. Location close to the night market. Hygiene is good. Though the pool is smaller than I expected.

女朋友生日，所以預先經網上預訂了花束及生日蛋糕，於入住當日送往酒店。由於不清楚送貨時間，因此經電郵託酒店代收及保管。當天下午兩點check in時，鮮花已經交到女友手上了，而蛋糕仍然由酒店保存，十分細心。晚上才將蛋糕送入房間。員工滿意度100分! 酒店地點在河邊，很接近夜市及沿河的食肆，位置優越。

酒店位置非常方便，去會安古城和夜市祗需要步行數分鐘。酒店員工非常有禮貌，會詳細講解酒店的設施和附近的景點。酒店其實有點舊，但尚算整潔，洗手間的設施亦有些不足，泳池很細，幸好有免費接駁車往安邦沙灘，彌補不足。此外，浴缸太深，上落有些不便，尤其是老人家更加要小心。冷氣機有點嘈，對聲音敏感的人士可能會有影響。整體而言結合價格，可以接受。

I would like to thank Linh , Than and the driver who drive us to airport ! Linh and Than gave me many useful suggestions and answered all my questions. We were confused of our departure terminal , so the driver waited for me outside the terminal to let me check, I’d run out of money so I didn’t give him any tips, but he still liked to help me! This is a warming and comfortable hotel, I’ll come back again!

這次受到員工Zen的很用心接待, 英文也很好, 詳細介紹景點,推薦飲食地方,還upgrade 了我們的房間。 酒店的早餐也意外地好吃, 特別是煮omellte 的叔叔, 會煮好後送到你的枱上。 這是最小店的好處。

Excellent
River Suites is a very nice hotel. Just 2 minutes walk to the Ancient Town. All the staff are well trained. The manageress, Zen was excellent, she can remember all the guests’ names. Highly recommended.

價錢來說本身已經很划算，而且訂了兩晚酒店送一程機場接送（專車），員工很好，會提供地圖，又可以租電單車，又陪我們等升降機。 此外地點非常方便，附近已是古城，方便找餐廳。距離沙灘15分鐘車程。 一日內幫我們執了兩次房，唯獨是床單有有污跡

The location is okay. You can easily go the old town on foot within mins. However, the cleanliness of the room is disappointed, I stayed one night only but I found 2 cockroaches and the facility of the bathroom is not clean as well.

我們抵達酒店後，才發現錯誤預訂了早一晚的酒店。在徬徨之際，得到酒店職員Phuong和H. Phuong的幫助，迅速地幫我們重新訂房，在沒有任何附加費的情況下按原定計劃入住酒店，還給我們詳細和實用的旅遊資訊。這裹處處感受到員工的友善和熱心，如Than和Tai，都令這個旅程變得難忘! 從酒店可以見到古城的河景，而且就位於古城入口附近，值得推薦!

Good hotel but don't really enjoy eating here
The hotel is almost located at the end of the street. The view of the river is spectacular. We have booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. One of the rooms is facing the west and we can enjoy a beautiful sunset. The rooms are basically clean and neat. We also love the balcony of the rooms. But the shower area and the washroom are sharing the same glass door which makes it a bit inconvenient. The have booked the shuttle bus to the beach and the tour to My sons heritage site. They provide a good shuttle service. The catering service of the hotel has a big room to improve. We arrived the hotel in the afternoon and we missed our lunch so we decided have a quick bite in the restaurant. But we have been waited for so long after we ordered and the portion of the dishes is extremely inadequate. We were very disappointed about it. The breakfast they provided is ok, with enough options.But they can still make it better.

Nice Hotel room with river view balcony
Nice hotel with good location, just a short walk to Japanese Bridge and Ancient Town. Nice breadfast and the food is tasty. We asked the hotel to arrange the transportation from the Airport and to Da Nang, the staff is quick response and very helpful.

prefect place for Hoi An old city
Our first time visiting Hoi An, love this old city very much. this hotel is in the prefect location for going everywhere in the old city by feet. swimming pool is rather small but comfortable. we normally stayed in the hotel to get rid of the strong sunshine in the noon time. so the swimming pool is and option for resting. just 5 mins walk to the night market and local restaurants. the staffs here are very friendly and helpful. we spent 2 wonderful days in here.

房間大整潔，景觀也很好，我們被升級至大些的閣樓房，但浴室沒有窗簾，令整個房間非常光亮令人無法入睡。和酒店商量後換到另一樓層房間。較之前好但窗簾仍晨透光的。 職員很好，每位都記得你的名字，還主動推介景點交通。

第一次到越南選了這間酒店
這次是我跟媽媽自由行的,我們在這酒店住了2個晚上. 客房/酒店整潔度:這間酒店很新,所以都很清潔,這方面沒很大問題 服務質素:工作人員都很友善,有些仲會記得你的名字,但英文方面就未達水平/有welcome drink/在食早餐時,有應該是manager的外國人走來問住成點,有咩意見 酒店設施:浴室方面有個大浴缸,但對長者就不太方便,如用花灑就會弄到一地濕 窗簾不夠厚, 容易被陽光亮醒 泳池比較小 酒店位置:很方便去古城,方便看夜境
