“Jennell the owner was very polite, and always responsive. The house was very comfortable, and fully updated with recent renovations. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and polite neighbors. Hope to visit again soon.”

“Overall, things were great. The HVAC unit in the corner of the room is fairly loud and you have no control over temperature.”

“The unit is nice, comfort and rooms were clean! We used the outside patio, enjoying our morning coffee and in the evening! The unit could use more hooks, as there is only two. Plus, a wall table or a piece of furniture to lay some of my items out! It was a pleasant three night stay.”

“Air conditioning worked great”

“Great property for a large group. Property was not in guest ready shape when we arrived, but host was quick to respond and address the issues. Homes in neighborhood are VERY close together, so if you are seeking a private getaway this wouldn’t be the home for you, but that wasn’t an issue for our family getaway.”

“The house was very clean and comfortable. There was a little hiccup in checking in with getting the code and couldn’t enter the house one night after our event we were staying there for. Chad was very accommodating and helpful during those times.”

“The house was perfect for our family visit! It was super cute, clean, and the layout was wonderful!”

“Overpriced for what you actually get. The host was very responsive and helpful. We booked this because we are golfers and wanted a golf simulator. However, the simulator is not very accurate and the whole setup is dated. We have a simulator at home and this doesn't compare. If you are a golfer you likely wouldn't even use the simulator. The hot tub needs cleaned and was very dirty. We finally found the shock for it way on top of the fridge. Likely hadn't been shocked in awhile. 2 of the theater……

“Perfect space for a mother-daughter weekend. Generous king bed and bathroom with private entry. Louisville was an unexpected treasure. Highly recommend Moxie for coffee and pastries. Lucky Pie Pizza was phenomenal. Location convenient to hiking in Boulder parks and to downtown arts and Coors Field.”

“Clean organized property. Location allowed me to visit Rocky Mountain national park Boulder, red rocks and pikes peak”

“Good location. Nice property in a suburban area near downtown Denver and Denver Airport. Host was great to communicate with during the whole process. Plenty of space for bigger family.”
