「Plenty of space for my husband & me. Music fans, especially, will love all the memorabilia in the home. The bedroom is small, but functional. Plenty of storage space for longer stays. Lovely island & kitchen. Host was easily accessible for questions & conversation. 」

「The bed was super comfortable and the space was really clean! The pictures make it seem like you also have the backyard with the tiny house but it's actually a part of the other rental on the property. The host did not let us know the main house was also being rented out by someone with dogs, we were traveling with our dog as well so we could've prepared a bit more for that interaction.」

「I had a very pleasant stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to downtown. The host was responsive and available whenever I had a question. Just something to note — it’s a basement unit, and you can occasionally hear some noise from upstairs, especially in the evenings, but it didn’t impact my overall experience. I’d definitely recommend it!」

「Our family was quite comfortable in this Modern Denver Getaway. Our main reason for our trip to Colorado was to see a concert at Red Rocks. Eric Church did not disappoint, and neither did this house! It is in close proximity to the amphitheatre - only about a 20 minute drive. While in Denver, we also ventured to the towns of Aurora, Golden, Colorado Springs and Boulder. It was so nice to return to the house every evening for a good night of rest in comfortable beds and a clean space. My husband...

「Loved the 3 bedrooms all with King beds. Limited social space, we would go all day and when we wanted time together in the evening really only 2 places to sit comfortably. Also loved that we could take our spoiled 10lb dog with us but she could not go in the yard due to all the stickers/goat heads in the yard. 」

「Beautiful and welcoming home. Perfect location. Host was very hospitable.」

「We were in the area for a few days visiting family, with our service dog. Chris made us feel immediately welcome (as did his sweet rescue pup!) and we enjoyed the cool basement suite, the great shower and adjustable bed, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere. The location is great as well, plenty of on street parking and a short drive to downtown Longmont or to the mall zone for grocery shopping.We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10.」

「Great little place in a quiet neighborhood. So many parks within walking distance. The backyard was perfect for our pup. There was also the most perfect, friendly little cat that i enjoyed hanging out with. Definitely would stay again.」
