「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. 「Room was large and check in was a breeze. The person at the front desk was very kind and even informed us that the bar was open until 10 and breakfast starts at 6. The cookies are always a nice touch. The only thing I would change would be the tv! Having a smart tv where you can connect to Netflix/streaming services would be a nice addition but it’s not a deal breaker. So far everything has been very nice and definitely worth the money spent! 」
