“Location was good Apartment was nice The Bad Communication to access building was never sent I had to call the day of and download app after that is was smooth Internet never worked!!! called first day and was never fixed during my entire stay Also toilet clogged the last day and managements answer was wait until following day never fixed … no plunger on property or maintenance worker on site .. very disappointed”

I traveled from California to visit a friend, and we had a pleasant stay. We stayed over the weekend, and because of the snowstorm, my flight was canceled, and I had to rebook for Monday. The host was very understanding and offered to assist in any way possible. We felt safe and comfortable. We will……
