“Place was clean perfect location”

“Great neighborhood and hosts.”

“Refund my $80.94 ASAP. The property is a slum. It's run down, it's filthy, no doorknob on the bathroom, holes in the bathroom door, grease stains on the sheets, mold on the bathroom ceiling, an unusable ironing board. SEE THE ATTACHED PICTURES. No possible way we could sleep there for wondering what was going to crawl out from under the bed. Other residents resembled crack addicts. It's a shock to discover that Expedia would associate itself with this dump. Will definitely influence my future……

“Perfect location for dinner and wineries. Only complaint is the floors in the apartment and around the building were dirty”

“This is a total scam. Do not book here. They took my money and I was never able to access the room and the host just disappeared. Stay far away.”

“Nice room tucked away on the side of the mountain”

“The seasonal pool gave us something fun after hiking all day, rooms are spacious and have everything you need like tea-making facilities!”

“Property was nice, clean with great location. Host management company was rude and slow with questions upon booking and during the stay. Parking is not in a real parking spot. You risk being side swiped by neighboring units. It is a hand painted spot on the ground making it very difficult to find especially at night.”

“When I arrived the manager of the property was at the lockbox wear my keys were. He gave me an awesome greeting. The other people there made me a little nervous at first. But when I started talking to them I realized they were good people. If you are needing a place to stay for a good price I would recommend.”

“It was our 2nd time using Stay apt and loved it!🥰”

“This was a sweet quiet spot to relax and rest. The hostess was very responsive and considerate. It was easy to get to our destinations from this location. I was especially grateful for the list of recommended restaurants since I didn’t know anything about Asheville.”
