「We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked.」

「It was claimed to have been renovated. Shelves are hanging on the wall by a thread. The paint is peeling and fixtures painted over. I cld have done a far better job.
