「The word “luxury” is not accurate for this listing. If all you are looking for is a quiet place to stay for the night, this is great. There are good aspects to this house. It’s not far from the city center, quiet neighborhood, and has new appliances including laundry which was very useful. Our issues were the overall wear and tear - smudges and missing paint. 「This house met all our needs with layout, location & space. While the house is lovely, it definitely needs some TLC / maintenance. Having read previous reviews, I was prepared for finding dirty dishes/pans but we also found moldy shower, stained carpets & curtains, places where drywall had been repaired but not sanded/painted, many light bulbs out & trash in the front yard. None of these issues had a impact on our stay but these are simple fixes if someone is taking the time to care properly....
