「Host was pleasant in messages so I went against my better judgement and didn't take pictures of the lack of cleaning, and how badly the place was built. Thought it would be ok for the 2 days I was staying. The issues: Cobwebs on the fan, dirt and more cobwebs in the corner by the pullout, smudges on the walls (especially behind the faucet in the bathroom), marks on walls, stains on comforter, black smudges on wash cloth, and sheet, stain on shower curtain, shower handle fell off, curtian rod...

There was a mixup with check in, but Natasha was responsive and we were able to get it figured out. 「This house met all our needs with layout, location & space. While the house is lovely, it definitely needs some TLC / maintenance. Having read previous reviews, I was prepared for finding dirty dishes/pans but we also found moldy shower, stained carpets & curtains, places where drywall had been repaired but not sanded/painted, many light bulbs out & trash in the front yard. None of these issues had a impact on our stay but these are simple fixes if someone is taking the time to care properly....

「This was the perfect location for a coworker and I to stay for a conference at the Charlotte Convention Center. A quick 5-10 minute straight shot walk to Whole Foods and the Convention Center made renting a car obsolete. The apartment was spotless, access was secure and communication with the host was amazing. We were provided detailed information and helpful tips to make access and our stay enjoyable! 100% would recommend to anyone looking to visit Charlotte!」
