“This was a great place to stay while visiting Elon University. It was a 10 min drive to campus and walking distance to two beautiful parks. It is a basement apartment so we could hear people walking above us at times but wasn’t an issue for us. The apartment is small but very cute. My husband and I felt like we had enough room and it was much more comfortable than a hotel stay.”

“this is a little over-the-garage efficiency apartment that had everything we needed for weekend activities in chapel hill! although it’s one room (+bathroom) it was large enough to not feel cramped. the neighborhood was quiet and easy to get to and overall it was exactly what we needed!”

“Nice little basement apartment with a large studio serving as the living/bedroom area. Improvised vanity. Great amenities as you walk in the door. Unfortunately there was a smell of moth balls and mildew.”

“This property was a bit odd, but OK for our short stay to visit our daughter at college. Beds were comfortable and unit had most basics (towels, paper products, dishes). Conveniently located, grocery store was walkable, easy parking and access to unit. Unit needs some repairs but was overall fine. We came home one evening to very significant police presence in the complex, so the area may not be the best.”

“Good location and ease of parking. The townhome is roomy and the 1/2 bath on the ground floor is a plus. Private and quiet. Good mattress, linens and towels. Well-stocked kitchen. Furnishings and decor are very simple but adequate and a second night stand plus reading lamps would be convenient. Would stay here again.”

“This place was clean, quiet and out of the way! We will definitely stay there again when we visit my Mom. I had a few suggestions such as Curtains and a daybed or fold out couch for the sun room w/ curtains/shades for the windows - opt 3rd bedrm. Rugs would be nice and a few extra things for the kitchen - stronger garbage bags, a mop, but it did seem the finishing touches were still in progress. Thank you soi much!”

“The town of Ghram is just lovely and this property is a great walking location to the town. It would be nice to have had a sheet with WiFi code and how to use tv as well as some local attractions/ restaurant recommendations.. Some bottles of water in the refrigerator/a couple of logs for the pizza over outside would be a nice touch.”

“In town for family wedding and had multiple adult children/spouses with us. Overall it was a very nice home and well maintained, located in a quiet neighborhood. The number of bath towels was limited for the capacity of the home. The pool was open but heater was not working so it was too cold to swim, however, pool patio was a nice area for gathering. Our only complaint was difficulty with communication. We have stayed in many short - term rentals and always communicated directly with owner, via……
