Great Condo Apartment Dallas

The condo/Apartment was very nice. Centrally located. Downtown Dallas. Across from the Eye.Parking was 15-20 per day.It was extremely arduous to finalize the paperwork to stay here. I do not know if it is VRBO wanting you to jump thru all the hoops to get to stay here or the owner? Just be prepared to go above and beyond normal reservation procedures.Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo/apartment.

Fine for a small party, not great for a large group

Overall, this property has a lot of promise. If you are with a smaller party, it would be fine. I was with my family of 5, and it was just OK. The good - the place has lots of open space, all the windows make for great views. Access to the roof/pool is really cool as well. The not so good - The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that the floor did not seem swept thoroughly. Aside from that, they only provided us with 4 towels ... for 5 people. We needed to utilize the pull out sofa (which was stained and broken, and not really a bed, but actually just the back rest of the sofa that lays flat), but there were no sheets or blankets to use for it. There was only enough plates/silverware for one meal (but again, we are a family of 5). The two beds have a massive dip in the center of the mattress. The dining chairs are 1 bad sit away from breaking (either the screws were all loose on the legs or they are just about to break). We only stayed for 2 nights, so we managed and it was fine. The place has a lot of promise, but a bit rough around the edges.

Our CozySuites location was excellent, very centrally located for walking and for catching the light rail to get around. We did have several issues with the space itself, all of which we communicated to guest services, including broken living room window blind, broken hair dryer in bathroom #2, no washcloths, hand towels or soap in either bathroom, dirty/stained recliner upholstery, dirty floors in the unit as well as the hallway leading to the unit. It was adequate for our 3-night stay, but definitely needs some TLC
