Overnight stay in Downtown

My stay was nice the room was very spacious . Myself and the other attendees enjoyed the rooms , kitchen area, and of course the view . If ever listed at a cheaper price I would love to go back ! Thank you for the hospitality and great customer service.

Not happy with service. No fob then couldn’t get into pool. Stunk like weed. The bedding was dirty. The garbage disposal didn’t work

Would stay again but

The place was superficially clean. The floors were disgusting and the toilets were not clean at all (stains leaking down from under the rim). They really need blackout curtains. Bring eye covers unless you want to wake up with the sun. The pool is tiny. There was not enough silverware or coffee but I messaged and it was brought right away. Communication was excellent. I did not have any issues with contact by phone or text. Excellent location! They offer a discount at the hotel restaurant in the same building.

Good Option - But disappointing

Overall, the property is as described. As per other reviews, the verification process is a bit over the top. You can't communicate with anyone local - it's all outsourced and they only communicate via text. We showed up at 5pm (4pm check-in) and cleaning crew had left without even starting. Honestly felt like a scam except I had the door codes! Eventually resolved - I was supposed to receive a refund of $100 towards cleaning fee - yet to receive. Building is nice and safe. No issues there. If unit was owned/operated by different group, I would move it up to 4+ stars.

Nice place but issues registering and paying

We had a nice stay. But cozy suites made us send in a bunch of pictures, even a letter stating they have permission to bill a business credit card. It was a big hassle and I was worried that we wouldn't have a place to stay.

Great Location

The apartment was spacious and clean. It was in a great location to explore restaurants and downtown Dallas. The weather was pretty cold for the first couple of days we were there and we noticed the windows were not double glazed so cold air was seeping through. Not a major problem but in the heat it could have the reverse effect! I would definitely stay there again and try one of the other apartments the company offers.

Came in Dallas Football Game.

We are give a 1/5 stars because when we booked with CozySuites we had to provide ID with selfies a numerous times. After sorting out our ID, we were told they were upgrading us from 23 level to 26. On the day of arrival our email had instructions but these instructions were unclear. Driving 8 hours to get to our accommodation only to find out the pin to the room didn’t work. We waiting again for someone to reach out to us. We didn’t have wash cloths , neither did our key to the pool, gym or roof top worked. After letting them know of the wash cloths they suggested we should order from target. It was a worse VRBO experience ever.

Solid Property

Stayed for 5 days for a soccer tournament. Solid property as advertised. Great location with a bar downstairs. Super close to food, and the AT&T Discovery Center is a few minute walk with plenty more food / dining options. If I had to pick on something, the rooms could use dressers. If / when I return to Dallas I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
