Property was clean, a few areas in the kitchen where the floor needs repair, flooring surface is in good condition, however a couple of the floor is undermined and the sub-floor should be repaired.

The listing summarizes the property well. We found it had everything we needed except a hair dryer! Everything was clean and well stocked except the kitchen could use a little more cookware. There are some repair issues of the kitchen floor that need to be addressed. Overall a very nice property and we enjoyed the Bishop Arts downtown. I was only not happy with my pre-stay AI generated communications. I received a text AND email daily for two weeks asking me personal questions. Once I have paid for my rental and agreed to all the house rules any additional information about my trip should not be necessary.
