This beautifully designed, newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is the perfect place to relax during your stay in the city. Just minutes from Downtown, Uptown, Deep Ellum, and other top attractions, you`ll enjoy both comfort and convenience in a prime location.

Inside, the open floor plan, modern finishes, and abundant natural light create a bright and inviting space. The home features a fully equipped kitchen, morning coffee and tea essentials.

The home is located near the DART Green Line, offering easy access to public transportation day and night—great for getting around, but occasional noise may be heard. This property is in a developing area of South Dallas with a mix of new builds and older homes. For your peace of mind, the house is equipped with both outdoor and indoor security systems.

The house was beautiful. It is the perfect sized 3 bedroom, 2 baths. The neighborhood looks a little suspect but the neighbors appeared to be friendly and didn’t bother us. Would go back there.
