If I was able to give a NEGATIVE star rating, I would. This place is absolutely terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE. First of all, it is located in an industrial area and railroad tracks are directly behind the building. As I was entering the front door to check in, a group of three people (20-25 years old) came in each carrying plastic grocery bags filled with beer and liquor. The whole building smelled of smoke, weed and a musty “funk”, including our room. The dead bolt lock on the door didn’t work and the security latch was hangin halfway off the wall. Everything in the room had spots and stains: sheets, blankets, mattress, chair, window shades, floor, walls, shower curtain, the shower, sink and toilet. There was some kind of sticky “blob” on the back of the bathroom door. There were dead bugs on the floor. Our room had an adjoining door to the room next door and when the neighbors arrived shortly after us, they were arguing and fighting with each other loudly with no regard as to who could hear them. They were so loud, it seemed like they were in our room. The walls and door area had numerous damaged areas that they plastered around and painted over with paint that wasn’t even the same color as the original paint. We got the heck outta there 10 minutes after we got in the room. All-in-all, this is the worst place we have been to. Expedia needs to take this place off of their list of places to stay because it will hurt their reputation. Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was dirty. The bed covers, floors, and walls were stained and dirty. The ceiling had patches of ain’t that didn’t match, where I’m assuming they tried to cover dirt. The desk had spots of sticky stuff on it. The pool was dirty. And the room was moist and smelled bad.

AC did not work, was reported day 1 of 4, nothing done and no one interested. Advertised breakfast was continental only & no milk was out 2 of 4 days. Stomping on floor above us past bedtime. No coffee maker, again reported with no response. No iron in one of two rooms.

Broken lights I told front desk they were rude about I asked to move me to different rooms and they said no.front desk was rude it was to guys working front desk. I asked them to cancel they said no.wouldnt give me any information bout how to cancel

I often travel for business travel and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed it. It was run down ,not cleaned well, holes in the blanket. They didnt have the AC on and its in the upper 90s. Smelled like people were smoking in the hotel. Glass protection for the staff and when i arrived after midnight the attendent had his shoes off and had them propped up on the counter. I wish i was making this up, I regret not walking righr back out and finding another hotel. I didnt eat their very limited contentinal breakfast out of fear. Fing gross
