Dallas get together

This was a nice place to stay for a get together of family and friends. It was a bonus we were able to bring our pets. The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. We enjoyed having space for everyone to sleep comfortably and to hang out . The kitchen was nice to cook in.

Nice home for a large family

Great property with many beds for kids. It was only the 2 of us on this trip so it was more than we needed. The property manager was great a communicating before and during the property. I had to reassure the property manager that there would only be certain people at the property multiple times. There was a large cleaning fee added to the charge that was more than was needed for a 2 person stay.

Great location....Super Nice property

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as pictured and even more than we expected. My only feedback would be related to the host responding to messages in a more timely manner. We sent a couple of messages with questions about the house but never got a response. Overall, we enjoyed our stay so much that it didn't matter.

Not impressed at all

First of all they won’t let you check in until 30 minutes before. We rented the place because of the pool and being spring break mainly the hot tub. Well neither one were cleaned prior to us showing up. Our kids found dirty female underwear in the pool. Also pool light did not work.the hot tub never worked at all. It wouldn’t heat up or anything. Also the tvs wouldn’t connect to WiFi so our first night we couldn’t watch tv at all. I contacted the host who was very rude on the phone & finally the next day at 10 am a tech showed up to fix the TVs and in the process he told me that management knew about the hot tub not working bc he personally was working on it trying to fix it and told them it was not working. All while the host was telling me the night before it worked and everything should be fine. So not only did they have fake advertisement they lied to me also. 0 out of 10 do not recommend I feel like I was cheated out of my money.
