Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.
You’ll truly be able to relax in the coziness of this bungalow home. As charming and functional on the outside as the inside, there is a beautiful front lawn and covered parking for 2 cars. The newly renovated home features gorgeous flooring all throughout and a bright, open-concept layout. It features stylish neutral colors, beautiful furniture, and professional level interior design.
You’ll have plenty of room for a large group to sleep in the 4 bedrooms. They all have top of the line furniture, comfy linens, a cozy atmosphere, and are nicely accessorized with lamps and beautiful artwork. The master bedroom also features lovely French doors that overlook the pool. The 3.5 bathrooms are clean, fresh, and modern with high-end finishes. The master bath contains a gorgeous vanity, beautiful tiling, a standing shower, and a soaking tub.
The perfect place to gather as a group will be in the large open concept living area. The spacious living room features a fireplace and is beautifully furnished and accessorized with comfy couches and chairs. The living room opens to a dining area and a gorgeous, bright kitchen with a breakfast area. The kitchen is modern with a stunning island, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinets to store your snacks. Plus, the barstools at the island combined with the dining and breakfast areas add up to tons of spots to sit and enjoy your meals.
Finally, having saved the best for last, let’s talk about the amazing entertainment options in this home. Off the main living area, you’ll have your very own game room. With cozy furniture and funky décor, you’ll have a blast hanging out in here and playing games. The amazing backyard features a large pool that will keep you cool and provide hours of fun and also a hot tub for the cooler days. The yard is completely fenced-in to allow you the utmost privacy. There is also lots of patio seating all around including lounge chairs, a hammock, and an outdoor seating and dining area so that you can chill poolside, catch some rays, or cozy up with a book.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
Please note our occupancy is 10 guests but, by the City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three persons who are unrelated by blood, adoption or marriage, with exception of children related to an occupant.

The Neighborhood:
Situated in the beautiful tree-lined Toler Estates neighborhood of Garland, Texas, you’ll be conveniently located just 20 minutes to downtown Dallas, 35 minutes to DFW airport, and just a few minutes from the I-30. Garland has tons of parks and forest preserves and is a diverse city with both urban appeal and a fascinating history. It’s dripping of pure Texas charm!
Just an 11-minute drive away, you’ll find Lake Ray Hubbard, known in the city as the perfect place to relax. There is a very special Bass Pro Shops located right here by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. The Garland Landmark Museum is located 12 minutes away and the San Martino Winery and Vineyards, 25 minutes away. There’s also not one, but TWO water parks perfect for family fun — Hawaiian Falls Water Park is 18 minutes away and Surf and Swim is only 6 minutes away.
Historic Downtown Garland is another local landmark that you absolutely must visit. In 2017, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places. It’s the true gem of the city and has many historic buildings, shops and boutiques with specialty items, local cafes and restaurants, and live music at night in the bars. Firewheel Town Center is 15 minutes away from our home, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment and restaurant options.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Please note: this property can only be booked for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 30 nights.
★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★
We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.
You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $39 up to $79, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.
If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.

Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly, and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
