Nice Neighborhood

This is a nice property - rooms are as pictured and it was very clean. We only had 6 in our party so two of the bedrooms were closed but we had plenty of space. Plenty of hot water for everyone showering after enjoying the pool! The pool itself is as pictured and was clean when we arrived - but there are no canopies. Still plenty of shade from the trees but the pool does take up most of the backyard - which was fine with :)

Horrible

This was one of the most horrific stays. Only 2 TVs in entire house. Backyard was terrible. We were told that if we had more than the 9 people on the property it would be an up charge. The home slept 12. Because of the issues only 5 stayed, the others found a different location.Very good unhappy with the experience.

Beautiful property

Great property! The house had plenty of room to accommodate our group of 7. The pool in the fenced in backyard was nice and private. Communication between us and the owner was easy and timely. Location is in a good part of town, and 2 miles from the nearest food chains. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Absolutely Awful Experience- False Advertisement

The whole experience was awful and I am fighting for a full refund. The house was not brown bricks as advertised, painters were there upon arrival finishing up a paint job, painting the house white outside. The grass was patchy and the sidewalk was full of dirt unlike any of the neighbor's property. Once inside it was clear the house had not been properly cared for. It was visibly dirty with large dirt stains in several spaces, including the stove, the refrigerator, and the tub. I have plenty of pics that captures this. While RSB was communicative in the beginning they were less than helpful in trying to get a resolution to the problem. I ended up having to book a hotel room for some of the guest who were set to stay with me, because they were uncomfortable staying in the property. Additionally, the pool was dirty and the pool man had to come out. We were planning to use the pool the day we arrived and were unable to. They did send a cleaning lady after we complained and she showed up with a bottle of Windex, hardly enough to address any of the problems. There are several walls with large blotches of paint, that makes the house look even dirtier. The house is beautiful, but it is clear that it is not properly cared for & that RSB uses the cheapest possible materials in the house. There are no chairs, dressers, or trash cans in the bedrooms, so you are forced to put your suitcases on the floor and to create trash cans in the rooms. I wish I had a better experience!
